Crescent Park at Rouse Blvd & Crescent Drive at the Navy Yard is a perfect spot suitable for yoga practice with our local community Fitness, Health and Wellness studio, Alchemy X. We will start with 30 minutes of Yoga Flow instructed by De. During this Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) class you will move through traditional asanas (poses) and non-traditional movements to supplement and enhance your practice. Individual differences are celebrated, and tailoring your practice to your own needs is encouraged. This class is accessible to all levels of experience. So what if you never done a Yoga Class before, show up for yourself and join our amazing community! The apiary is a short 2 minutes drive down League Island Blvd, where we will regroup. There you will suit up in a full body bee suit and open up the hive to find the queen. Amelia, our beekeeper, is there to keep you calm, educate you about bees and keep your breathing steady. Afterward, you will be able to taste raw, local and delicious honey directly from our hive. ** All participants must be OVER 18 years old. Consent and waiver form must be signed prior to activity. Rain date will be announced 24 hours in advance. Deposit is refundable with a 24 hour cancellation notice. ** Please note the deposit is refundable and the balance will be paid in person at the time of the event.
